I'm a tour guide in Hammana. I've been working on the village's collective memory for more than 30 years !
I've interviewed many residents to gather their accounts of Hammana's history and development, life in the past, and much more. I've also collected and digitized numerous photos, totaling 55,000 documents.
With my husband, Chadi, also a tour guide, we are working on creating a museum in Hammana to share all these discoveries with visitors, both Lebanese and foreign.
In the meantime, I enjoy sharing this heritage through guided tours that I lead in the village's various neighborhoods.
