Rima Al Berkachy is a passionate trainer with 25 years of experience in Mouneh, food processing, and food safety. She is one of the Lebanese Mouneh’s ambassadors in the Arab region and has received several certificates from various Lebanese ministries for her outstanding work and contribution. She was a member of the Women Association of Deir El Ahmar (WADA), where she put her Mouneh training skills and expertise into practice.

Rima has established her own atelier "Les Provisions de Rima," where she passionately prepares home-cooked traditional Lebanese meals, a large variety of Mouneh items, and local food products for any occasion.

Driven by her love for her town and country, Rima actively promotes tourism in Deir el Ahmar where she chose to be a local guide for visiting tourists. She was a pioneer in establishing a guest house in the area where she uses her passion for food, authenticity, and hospitality to offer delicious traditional Lebanese meals and provide her guests with a unique experience.
