The museum includes a wide variety of objects pertaining to Lebanon’s rich historical past. The objects exhibited were used on a daily basis, such as ancient weapons, stones, pillars and rocks from the Baalbek castle, handcrafted woodwork adorned with ivory and shells, and pottery.
It also exhibits old jewels like crowns, and musical instruments, delicate glassware, ancient coins, and stamps. It makes you travel out of the Lebanon you are used to and into its past, making you realize how rich the history of the country is as it hosted many civilizations, quite different from its current one.
