The Pineyard is a unique outdoor bar that forms an integral part of Hilltop Casa's house rentals. However, it operates independently from the accommodations, beginning its vibrant atmosphere at 5 pm. The bar becomes a lively gathering spot, welcoming both locals and tourists who seek an enjoyable evening filled with refreshing drinks and captivating music.

Hilltop Casa's inspiring journey began in 2018 when Charles, the founder of this Airbnb, made a heartfelt decision to share the two apartments his father had given him with tourists from all corners of the world. His vision was to create a platform for people to experience the unparalleled beauty and warmth of his native village, Bcharreh. Taking the reins, Charles assumed the responsibility of managing the Airbnb while moving to live with his father on the first floor. Thus, a remarkable journey unfolded.
Driven by his passion for food, Charles took it upon himself to personally prepare breakfast for his guests, using only the finest local ingredients. Fresh eggs, homemade yogurt, artisanal cheese, locally sourced jams, and succulent apples from his own garden and his father's orchard became the ingredients that formed the foundation of his guests' morning culinary experience.

Today, Charles has become a renowned super host, an invaluable local guide, and the purveyor of the most delightful breakfasts. He leads his guests to the hidden gems and must-visit places in the town, forging connections with other local guides and bolstering the hospitality sector in his beloved community by wholeheartedly recommending the best establishments to his clients. To complement his Airbnb, Charles also owns an inviting outdoor bar named 'Pineyard', located adjacent to the accommodation. Here, his guests can unwind in the tranquil yard while gazing upon a breathtaking valley view. From 5 pm onward, the bar opens it's doors for everyone and comes alive with lively music, refreshing drinks, and the harmonious mingling of travelers and locals.

Looking toward the future, Charles has ambitious plans to expand Hilltop Casa's capacity to welcome even more international visitors and Lebanese travelers. He envisions constructing three wooden bungalows within the verdant garden, providing comfortable and rustic accommodations that harmonize with the natural surroundings. With this expansion, Charles aims to further enrich the experience of those who venture to his picturesque corner of the world, fostering a profound connection between his guests and the enchanting landscapes and cultural wonders of Lebanon.
