In the heart of ancient Tyre, the Mosque of Tire was built in 1766 AD by the city's governor, "Abbas el-Mohamed". With its sturdy foundations and tall minaret, the mosque stood as a symbol of the city's religious and cultural heritage. In 1267 AH, the city magistrate, "Abdullah el-Maghrebi", was laid to rest there, adding to its historical significance. The mosque was last renovated in 1997 AD, preserving its unique architectural features for future generations to appreciate.
