The trail starts from Wade Mdoukha. It follows an uphill footpath for a distance of 2 km to reach Al Kasr, Mdoukha Temple located at the top of a hill separating Mdoukha and Ain Arab villages. From the top, hikers can enjoy the mesmerizing views over Mount Sannine, El Kneisseh, and Al Barouk Mountains. The trail goes down from there towards the bottom of the valley passing by a farm. From that point, hikers climb again to the main road of the village, cross it, and keep climbing through another valley, passing by a small goat farm. The climb continues to a saddle giving views over Tallet Rimane to the right. The hike goes down from that point through Wade el Mal where hikers take the last climb of the day to reach Tallet El Cheikh Faraj. This last climb is worth all the efforts, as hikers will enjoy open sceneries facing Mount Hermon.
