I’m Jessica, founder of Alzourou3, an agri-tourism initiative rooted in my village Aartez in mid-Batroun. Inspired by my grandparents’ land and rural upbringing, I created Alzourou3 to preserve and share authentic village traditions through meaningful, hands-on experiences.
My approach blends agriculture, sustainability, food heritage, and nature immersion. I believe rural life is not something to observe , but something to live! Through olive oil tastings, traditional bread baking, eco-workshops, hiking, and zero-waste village tours, I guide visitors into a deeper connection with the land and Lebanese identity.
