Souk Al-Haraj

Located in the historic Hadid quarter of Tripoli, Souk Haraj is situated to the east of Souk al-Bazerkan, not far from Khan al-'Askar and the Tawba Mosque. It is close to the intersection of the Lahhamin Bridge extension and the Abou Ali River, which divides the city in two.

This market dates back to the Mamluk period and was likely donated by the Amir Manjak. The ground floor houses mercantile structures, while the upper floor features living units (currently used as accommodations). Today, the area is home to merchants who specialize in home furniture such as floor mats, pillows, and mattresses.
