Our Fitness center mainly focus on building and maintaining athletic abilities. Through a combination of a variety of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well as others to aid participants become well rounded in all physical activities.

Boot Camp Class proceeds to target every area with a full body workout engaging entire abdominal core, legs (inner, outer thigh), arms (triceps, rotator cuff, trapezius) including building strength through lower lumber. Exercises also include various uses of apparatus varying from 'magic circle', 'weights', 'stretch bands' and of course our own body...there are always many options to teach effective classes.

Cardio Blast,
This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. This will give attention to all major postural muscles and trigger a tabata like effect activating both fast and slow twitch muscle fibers. You will be sure to sweat!

 Pump + Abs    This class is focused on helping you get and stay strong! We will utilize free weights, your body weight, stability balls, and more to challenge all of your muscles--especially your core. Resistance training does more than just make your muscles stronger though-- it can also boost your metabolism, improve your posture and mood, and much more.

Koub Glass

Golden Glass was founded in 1949 by Mr. Hassan Koubaytari, a passionate man towards glass manufacturing. Full of energy, he was able to set the structures to a new glass factory that, nowadays, is called “Golden Glass”. It was a small factory producing glass containers by hand, using traditional equipment.

In 1995, we founded a new company, Koub Glass. It’s a Glass & Caps trading company, with a lot of articles to offer. Each article has its own sub items with a wide range of shapes, sizes and designs of glass containers and closures. Our range spans from 30 ML to 10 Liters for glass, it also includes all types of closures.

In the beginning of 2009, we started to work towards an ambitious new project, to export our products and the Lebanese tradition all over the world. For that, we decided to look to the Italian market as one of the most important glass producers with the oldest tradition in this sector, that’s why our furnace, machines and equipment are made by the most qualified Italian companies, we also introduced in our staff an Italian team specialized in glass production. We also are registered for the Certification of Global Security Verification (GSV). We also meet all international specifications regarding food safety and health.

Now, after the big effort of the last 2 Koubaytari generations, Golden Glass and Koub Glass become two of the leading companies of glass industry and trading in the Middle East area.

In Golden Glass, we use 100% RECYCLED GLASS in our production, 15 tons per day, knowing that Almost all other factories around the world use a very small proportion of recycled glass, around 20%.
In one way or another, WE HELP TO SAVE THE NATURE AND THE PLANET.

Our factory is also ecofriendly. We were able to reduce the emissions of CO2 to the minimum, creating a healthy environment inside and around the factory.
Taking advantage of our system and of the hot temperature of air coming out of the furnace, we are also using Alternative Energy since 2010. Such matter reduced the consumption of electricity and fuel oil, WE ARE SAVING ENERGY.

Today, we have a wide variety of modern products such as gallons, bottles, jars, nargile, centerpieces, plates, vases, cups, jugs and many more. You also can still feel the magic when you visit us, by taking a look to the handmade production process, the tradition that we kept through all these years.

Before working with resin, Walid Dennawi started his crafting career with wax-making during the war, and then developed his business with the help of his brother. Walid, his children and his wife are the ones in charge of everything. They produce a range of items: souvenirs for tourists, for baptisms and births, religious icons, etc., all crafted and painted by hand. Walid’s products can be found in different parts of Lebanon, such as the Byblos and Saida souks but also souvenir shops in Beirut and at the airport.

Amran Al Makary is a member of the 7th generation to take over the family shop, a business present for the past 215 years. They specialize in the making of wicker chairs and wooden tools used for household tasks, from rolling pins to garlic masher bowls, maamoul molds, ustensils, etc. Amran has participated in several exhibitions, including the Garden Show.

Yehya Mahmound Hassoun and his six siblings learned their craftsmanship from their late father Hajj Mahmoud Abd Al Rahman. Today, they own two copper shops, one in Qalamoun and one in Tripoli, managed by his brother Hassan Mahmoud Hassoun. In past years, their products could be found in Germany and in some Arab countries, however at the moment, they can only be found in Lebanon. Each one of their products are made by hand, without any machinery involved in the process. From brightening to producing, not only do the Hassoun brothers design their own products, but they also take custom orders.
