RockFort is more than just a place; it's a unique concept nestled in the heart of the Mountain Hrajel-Faraya. We wear multiple hats, serving as a boutique, café, and bar. Within our boutique, we showcase a diverse range of locally crafted items, many of which are produced in-house at our Wood Work Factory or sourced from talented Lebanese artists and craftsmen. What sets us apart is our focus on one-of-a-kind pieces, embracing refurbishment, repurposing, and recycling of materials to create something truly special.
Our decision to combine these three elements - boutique, café, and bar - is an organic outcome based on the resources available to us. Given our location, which is a bit off the beaten path, we wanted to provide visitors with more than just a shopping experience. The bar, often referred to as the heart of our boutique, offers a delightful array of beverages, including delicious cocktails, coffee, and freshly made sandwiches using locally sourced ingredients. It's not just a place to unwind but also to soak in the ambiance of our ever-changing surroundings.
"The Living Space" is our motto because everything within the boutique is in a state to change. The furniture, items, and pieces are all for sale, some even available for customers to use while enjoying their drinks and meals. However, what truly makes it a living space are the people who visit us. We host a wide range of activities, from live bands to workshops and discussions. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of welcoming esteemed individuals like Georges Khabaz, Albert Moukhayber, Charles Hayek, Roula Talhouk, Ziad Abi Chaker.
