Dar Al Amar, since 2012, a tripolitan restaurant and cafe that aims tosatisfy all customers with a variated menu using premium raw materials. Dar Al Amar, a well-established company in the food industry with a rich history dating back to 1959.

Our Catering Service is equipped with modern facilities and has the capacity to cater to 2500 people. We have employed 200employees in training programs to enhance their productivity and maintain the quality of services. Our policy is to only use premiumand fresh raw materials in our dishes, following detailed recipes to ensure the authenticity of taste.

Our team has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, and we are confident in our ability to deliver high-quality products and services that will meet and exceed customer expectations. Our goal is to provide customers with a diverse range of diningoptions, from fast food to sit-down dining experiences.

During the Ramadan season, we would like to especially focus on and highlight our Iftar meal. Our Iftar meal will include a variety ofdishes to break the fast, such as dates, soups, and traditional Arabian dishes, along with drinks and desserts. We understand theimportance of this meal during Ramadan and are dedicated to providing our customers with the best Iftar experience possible.

Souk Haraj is considered as one of the oldest  and most important commercial markets in Tripoli. it's situated between the two places "Malaha" and "Dabbagha" . The history of it construction goes up to the epoch of Mameluks , and maybe  before this epoch, it's distinct from the other makerts and khans for having four gates wich open in the four directions around a vast yard approximatively of a square form, in the centre of wich of which there are two columns of Granit imported from "Egypt" "Faraonic ". it is surrounded by shops based on twelve columns of Granit. Above which there are rooms used as an hotel for the merchants who used to come with their goods for seeling them at auction. Hence it look its name "Souk Haraj" and it is a wakf of Emir "Manjak Bacha " who has many wakfs in Tripoli, Damascus and other Cities
